MEDITATION CIRCLE AT LIFEWAYS STRATFORD UPON AVON

I am delighted to announce that I will be running Meditation classes at the wonderful Lifeways Charity Centre in Stratford Upon Avon on Monday mornings at 11am and Tuesday evenings at 7pm.

All levels welcome, so come along and join us to achieve balance, clarity, calm, inner peace and a positive mind, in the beautiful settings of Lifeways.
